Observer: “3 Things Americans—And Their Elected Leaders—Must Know About the Sprint/T-Mobile Deal”

On Friday, theObserver ran an article which clearly spells out “three areas where regulators, congressional officials, and the American public ought to probe further” before allowing the proposed T-Mobile/Sprint mega-merger to progress. The three areas include: job losses and price hikes, national security concerns, and the companies’ connections to Chinese telecom company Huawei, and T-Mobile’s parent company’s ties to Russia.
